Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store policies and marketing programs to boost sales and expand our customer base.
- Maintain and adjust operations to meet budgetary constraints, ensuring sustained profitability.
- Manage inventory by implementing effective purchasing plans and staying in close contact with brand suppliers.
- Create a dynamic schedule of holiday activities and promotions strategically designed to maximize revenue.
- Provide training to enhance the knowledge base of our staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with the Community and our existing customers.
- Oversee staff management and rostering to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Utilize your skills in sales tracking and inventory management to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the surf or fashion industry.
- A strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work within budgetary constraints.
- Excellent staff management and rostering skills.
